A Lovely Telluride Afternoon...
Hello Inspire(d) Friends!!! I bring you this post from our secret hide-out high in the Rocky Mountains. OK, actually, we’ve just escaped for a couple days to our favorite little mountain town, Ouray, Colorado. (Pronounced much like HooRAY – only, you know, different.) Now before you go calling us a bunch of slackers, let me explain what we’ve been up to the last couple of weeks! As you can see in the post below, our July-August edition of Inspire(d) Magazine has hit the stands and is going like hot-cakes…. or snow cones if you prefer a better summer metaphor. Mrs. Aryn Henning Nichols had the pleasure of distributing the magazine last week all over the tri-state area while yours truly (Benji) was busy at work getting the Celebration Iowa tour off the ground and onto the road!

We should also mention that before our July-August edition came out we were super-double-plus busy creating and honing our Inspire(d) Business plan and entry for the Winneshiek County Development Biz Booster Contest. We are incredibly happy to announce that we were selected as a finalist and winner along with Jim and Brenda McCaffrey who are opening Twin Springs Restaurant in Decorah this fall. We both received cash grants to help promote Winneshiek County and make our businesses grow! Check out more of the story here!
